Join your colleagues from across the state of Wisconsin, the SCW Executive Committee, and the SCW coordinating center team for this formal kick-off meeting of SCW’s initiatives for breast cancer surgery, colorectal surgery, and opioid prescribing practices. Attendees will discuss the collaborative’s long-term strategy, receive performance reports, and learn more about the three inaugural quality improvement initiatives. All are welcome to attend, but please note that you will only receive a report if your institution(s) has signed a participating hospital agreement.
