SCW Fall Member Meeting

The SCW Fall Member Meeting was held on Saturday, November 9 at The American Club in Kohler, WI. The highlight of the meeting was a session on perioperative pain management in the era of the opioid epidemic featuring Dr. Raymond Georgen from Surgical Associates of Neenah and Drs. Kristin Bevil and Elizabeth Wilson from the University of Wisconsin – Department of Anesthesiology. Detailed presentation slides on regional pain blocks and perioperative nonopioid analgesic adjuncts are available for download on the event page. 

The meeting concluded with production breakout sessions for the breast cancer and colorectal surgery quality initiatives, in which members met to discuss progress and future goals.
